Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through one-on-one meetings and detailed evaluations.

• Design individualized treatment plans that encompass evidence-based methodologies tailored to address each client’s specific challenges and goals.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, establishing a therapeutic alliance that empowers clients and equips them with actionable strategies to overcome mental health obstacles.

• Coordinate referrals to additional healthcare providers when necessary, such as psychiatrists or specialized therapists, ensuring holistic care is accessible.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring a seamless flow of information within the team.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, employing advanced intervention techniques to de-escalate conflicts and ensure safety.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress and share insights that contribute to team learning and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Our client demographic is reflective of the broader community in Scottsdale, inclusive of individuals from different cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working in mental health settings.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment techniques, with a commitment to maintaining cultural competence.

• Proven experience in conducting both individual and group therapy, utilizing methods that are respectful and inclusive of various backgrounds.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of establishing meaningful rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in utilizing EHR systems and standard computer software for documentation and case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
