Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand clients' mental health and substance use concerns, identifying the presence of co-occurring disorders through evidence-based assessment tools.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based practices specific to co-occurring disorders, such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
