Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A bachelor’s degree is required; however, a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

• At least two years of proven experience in mental health counseling, with a strong focus on evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients and motivate them throughout their treatment.

• A comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders and the application of appropriate therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of relevant experience, candidates with advanced training or specialized certifications in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) will be viewed favorably. Experience with substance use treatment or dual diagnosis is a significant advantage.
