Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring that each individual’s unique background and experiences are acknowledged.

• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions based on the specific needs identified during assessments, equipping clients with tools for positive change.
\n
• Maintain accurate billing, documentation, and individualized treatment plans; promptly complete insurance authorization forms in accordance with established time frames.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness strategies to support patients in achieving and maintaining stable functioning.

• Implement discharge plans with clear follow-up strategies that guide clients towards continued success and well-being after therapy.
\n
• Ensure adherence to all current federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and the policies and procedures of Radiant Life Counseling Center.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training opportunities, workshops, and continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.
\n
• Participate in case consultation sessions and agency meetings, contributing both insight and support to peers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
\n
• Complete all mandatory training and stay current with licensing requirements to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that meets the requirements for licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the state of Arizona, including LPC, LMFT, or LCSW credentials.
