Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use challenges, identifying co-occurring disorders and their implications for treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based therapies, particularly in Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Strong knowledge of the relationship between mental health and substance use disorders, emphasizing integrated treatment strategies.
