Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to devise integrated treatment strategies that optimize client outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, demonstrating empathy and expert guidance.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Candidates with at least two years of post-graduate experience in mental health counseling are preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
