This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home office while still engaging closely with both clients and colleagues. Our team operates on a standard schedule, working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, which promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused approaches, among others.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

• Engage in regular case reviews and participate in team meetings aimed at improving therapeutic approaches and client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on available mental health resources and coping strategies.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in mental health care to enhance your therapeutic repertoire.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor at More To Say, Ltd, you will work with a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families who are facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and overall quality of life, providing clients with the tools and strategies they need to manage their mental health effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting providing psychotherapy services is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 80,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
