Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine patients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support individuals, couples, and families in achieving their mental health goals.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that foster community support and address issues related to mental health.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients on their specific mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance their recovery journey.

• Maintain comprehensive, confidential documentation of therapy sessions and progress in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Solid understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatments, and evidence-based practices.

• Ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments with accuracy and compassion.

• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and providing individual therapy to diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
