This position is categorized as full-time and offers the flexibility of a remote work setting. You will typically work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekends and evening shifts on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to meticulously evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' symptoms related to mood disorders.

• Collaborate with patients to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based treatment methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive change.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, encompassing treatment options and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor patient progress systematically, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and feedback.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to deliver cohesive and comprehensive treatment.

• Stay informed of the latest developments in mood disorder treatments to continuously improve therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment protocols in strict adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Clinical Mental Health Therapist will primarily work with individuals experiencing a variety of mood disorders, ranging from mild to severe, including but not limited to major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, presenting an opportunity for the therapist to grow in cultural competence and empathetic understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
