Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Applying a variety of mental health therapy techniques to support individuals and families in addressing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments and crafting comprehensive discharge plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions in accordance with individualized treatment plans.

• Developing initial treatment plans based on client assessments and coordinating additional services required for holistic care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, aligned with organizational and professional standards.

• Managing a designated caseload with the aim of building strong therapeutic alliances and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of, or eligibility for, the requisite state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider. Candidates must be licensed as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW by the State of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
