Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized counseling sessions that are tailored to address the unique mental health needs of each client.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary care teams to develop and periodically review comprehensive treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics and provide resources for continued support post-treatment.

• Engage actively in community outreach events, enhancing awareness of mental health resources available and establishing trust within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our focus is on delivering culturally competent care that respects the individual experiences of our clients. You will work with both adults and children, tailoring your approach to the specific needs and circumstances of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Valid independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of experience working in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating competency in various therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth delivery of services and utilizing electronic health record systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with community-based resources and ability to connect clients with local support services.

• Previous involvement in program development or participation in training and mentorship of peer counselors would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
