Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms, forming a comprehensive understanding of clients' backgrounds and needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, incorporating their unique goals and preferences in managing mood disorders such as depression and anxiety.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) effectively to address clients' specific challenges.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment methodologies, and self-care strategies to promote recovery.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure maximum benefit.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated treatment, ensuring comprehensive care across disciplines.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of mood disorders, integrating new knowledge into therapeutic practices.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment plans in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Our diverse clientele encompasses individuals from various backgrounds, presenting unique challenges and requiring tailored therapeutic interventions to foster their recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the capacity to engage in effective collaboration with psychiatrists.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience specializing in the treatment of mood disorders.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.

• A proven record of delivering positive client outcomes in mood disorder treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
