Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to determine their specific needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Engage in effective communication with interdisciplinary team members to collaborate on patient care, contributing to treatment discussions during regular patient rounds and documentation reviews.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist patients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Provide ongoing case management for assigned patients, including referral to community resources and coordination of care with other healthcare providers.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and communications in compliance with departmental standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will be working with at Gracious Growth represent a diverse demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. You will provide therapy for issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral challenges. This role is essential in promoting mental wellness and facilitating change through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in social work or a related mental health field is essential for this position.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Experience employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
