Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create comprehensive treatment plans that are specific to the individual, couple, or family's challenges.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, group, and family therapy, enabling clients to work towards their unique goals and improve their overall mental health.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients who are in acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic interventions to stabilize their condition.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care for clients and coordinate services to meet their comprehensive needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
