Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via video chat to assist clients in navigating their mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist of well-screened adults who are stable and experiencing low levels of mental health challenges. Importantly, you will not manage cases involving severe mental health conditions, allowing you to focus on cases where you can effectively drive positive outcomes. Additionally, our matching process ensures you are paired with clients that align with your specializations and preferred demographics.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and full licensure by the state board, allowing for independent practice without supervision as one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Preferred Experience\n

Successful candidates will ideally have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a mental health counselor.
