Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients' mental health needs and establish rapport through virtual consultations.

• Create individualized treatment plans based on initial evaluations and facilitate ongoing therapy sessions.

• Effectively document all client interactions and treatment progress within the Simple Practice platform.

• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with teens, adults, and couples, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship challenges. Understanding the unique needs of each client will enable you to tailor your therapeutic approach effectively, facilitating their growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
