Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct compassionate and ethical one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring you maintain a strong therapeutic alliance with your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a diverse range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering resilience and promoting mental well-being across our client base.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and fully licensed to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to client-centered care.

• Proficient in computer literacy and comfortable with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of related professional experience is required, preferably within community health or telehealth settings. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and other effective psychotherapy modalities is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and working hours. In addition, you will receive:
