You will be part of a collaborative remote team that values effective communication and rigorous ethical standards. While the majority of your work will occur in a virtual setting, in-person visits to local veterans' homes may be required occasionally, requiring a valid driver's license for transportation. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including assessments of trauma, history of substance use, and potential risks related to suicide.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that adhere to standardized practice guidelines, altering strategies as needed based on individual client progress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes while implementing ethical reporting practices for all patient care activities.

• Collaborate closely with medical and support staff to diagnose and manage psychiatric disorders, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.

• Facilitate therapy sessions, providing supportive counseling, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention to diverse clients, including complex cases impacted by socioeconomic factors.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
