Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. You will work during standard office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring an accurate diagnosis and understanding of client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans based on their unique goals, preferences, and clinical insights.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate significant improvements in clients' mental health.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mood disorders and empowering them to engage in their treatment.

• Track and analyze client progress, making necessary modifications to treatment plans to adapt to changing needs and ensure continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse group of clients facing challenges related to mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in delivering evidence-based treatments for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to foster therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
