Key Responsibilities\n

• Prepare and submit clinical reports while developing individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and ethical standards.

• Document comprehensive patient care alongside monitoring progress and outcomes to ensure effective treatment delivery and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including emergency consultations during business hours, to address urgent mental health needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including assessments related to criminal and substance abuse history, to identify necessary interventions.

• Evaluate suicide risk diligently, updating documentation to inform treatment and manage risk collaboratively with the client.

• Work closely with medical and support staff to facilitate comprehensive diagnoses and the management of psychiatric disorders, contributing to an integrative care approach.

• Maintain effective communication with care teams and clients to enhance treatment delivery and outcomes while making recommendations based on clinical judgement.

• Support educational initiatives and therapeutic counseling to empower clients through their journey toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
