Work Environment\n

The position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective therapeutic interventions. Our facility operates a Community Health Clinic model, where our focus is on approachable, accessible care. Your work schedule can be tailored to fit within our operational hours of 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, providing you with the opportunity to manage your time effectively while supporting a diverse patient caseload.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each client's unique trauma history and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that prioritize resilience-building and trauma recovery through collaborative approaches.

• Implement various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients in processing trauma and acquiring effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to integrate comprehensive care strategies tailored to client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies while ensuring a safe environment for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about the impacts of trauma and equip them with resources to better understand and manage their trauma responses.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in line with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from a regionally accredited institution.

• A valid and current LPC licensure in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
