Our work setting is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technology to provide services to clients anywhere in Texas, including Arlington. You will have a supportive team environment with extended hours of operation (7 AM to 10 PM) and full administrative support for scheduling and client services, allowing you to focus solely on your clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Conscious Therapy & Psychiatric Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history, mental health status, and personal circumstances.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, resilience-building, and overall mental well-being.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Provide personalized support to clients that promotes effective coping strategies and facilitates emotional healing.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other professionals, to ensure seamless and integrated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and necessary support during trauma-related emergencies to clients in distress.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available support resources.
\n
• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in professional development activities and case consultations, ensuring adherence to trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed on the latest research and methodologies in trauma therapy to enhance the quality of patient care.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing trauma-related issues and mental health conditions. To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
