Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bridge to Wellness, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough client assessments and evaluations to inform individualized therapeutic strategies.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailored to meet unique client needs.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create cohesive, comprehensive care plans that ensure the best outcomes for every client.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software for documentation.

• Engaging in professional development through workshops and training to stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families who often face significant barriers to mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and caseload.
