You will also have access to our outpatient office in Hubbard, Oregon, which serves as a resource for any in-person meetings, training, or collaborative sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments through interviews and standardized tools to create individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, with the potential to conduct family, marriage, or group therapy sessions based on your specialization and experience.

• Perform mental health screenings and assessments to promptly identify patient treatment needs and adjustments in their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three years of post-graduate experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
