This position operates within a remote framework, allowing for optimal flexibility in both scheduling and work-life balance. While working primarily from home, our counselors engage with clients through teletherapy, creating a supportive and safe space for healing. Our clinic is open Monday through Saturday, enabling counselors to design schedules that best fit their personal and professional commitments. We also provide in-house credentialing and management of your insurance participation, simplifying administrative tasks to focus more on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

The Mental Health Counselor will perform a variety of essential tasks aimed at delivering exceptional mental health services, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring that care is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans with appropriate graduate-level clinical social work or counseling interventions.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to communicate assessment findings, treatment progress, and modifications to the care plan through documentation and regular meetings.

• Providing ongoing case management for assigned patients, which includes coordinating with hospital and community professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.

• Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to facilitate therapeutic interventions tailored to individual service plans.

• Maintaining ethical standards and completing documentation accurately and timely as required by departmental policies.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) . A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is essential, along with a proven record of counseling experience.

Applicants should have at least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating an ability to perform effectively in outpatient therapy. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
