Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally competent assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches.

• Respond effectively to crises by offering immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health situations, ensuring swift stabilization and connection to ongoing care.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining up-to-date and confidential records that include treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, while adhering to HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to create integrated care plans that address the comprehensive needs of clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health concepts, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for clients’ rights and relevant needs as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
