Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify individual client needs, establishing a comprehensive understanding to craft personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, employing techniques tailored to address a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care that addresses the complete needs of our clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention strategies and immediate support during acute situations, demonstrating proficiency in managing high-stress scenarios with empathy and professionalism.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health literacy among the public and reducing the stigma associated with seeking mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals coping with mental illness, families needing support, and marginalized communities seeking culturally competent care. This role emphasizes the importance of understanding and respecting different cultural backgrounds and perspectives to ensure that therapy is relevant and effective.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at establishing rapport and building trusting relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrate cultural competence, able to sensitively engage with clients of diverse ethnicities, cultures, and socio-economic statuses.

• Showcase effective organizational and time-management skills, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of sessions and care interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy, with a focus on working with diverse populations.

• Experience in providing therapeutic services in community settings, enhancing the ability to navigate the various needs of underserved clients.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
