Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Tranquility Therapy Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial client assessments to evaluate mental health status and establishing therapeutic rapport.

• Designing individualized treatment plans based on evidenced-based methods tailored to the client's specific issues.

• Facilitating weekly therapy sessions (both individual and group), focusing on a supportive approach that empowers clients to manage their symptoms.

• Implementing crisis intervention strategies and providing support during challenging situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to refer clients for supplementary services as needed.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
