Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies.

• Craft tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients by evaluating their unique needs, goals, and presenting issues.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions to address a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, focusing on communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and relationship enhancement.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to reflect clients’ progress and evolving needs, ensuring that therapy remains relevant and effective.

• Maintain meticulous and organized client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and comprehensive case histories.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Be proactive in providing crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest practices and ethical standards in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and couples from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience providing individual therapy and/or couples therapy is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000, accompanied by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
