Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying strengths and areas for growth.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals and challenges, employing evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Regularly monitor client progress through systematic follow-ups, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide an integrated approach to care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes following HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse client base, including adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health disorders. A key aspect of this role is understanding the unique cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of clients to provide culturally competent care that respects their individual experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
