Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client mental health status, therapeutic needs, and overall wellness.

• Utilize trauma-informed practices throughout therapy sessions to facilitate safe and effective healing experiences for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required forms, in a timely manner.

• Manage and uphold assigned client caseload effectively, ensuring adherence to program standards while providing high-quality services.

• Assess and respond to crisis situations, offering immediate interventions and support to clients in need of urgent assistance.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement options.
