Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' mental health needs, strengths, and areas requiring attention, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their circumstances.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are client-centered, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based.

  Maintain detailed clinical records, including documenting patient histories, treatment progress, interventions, and outcomes to uphold standards of care and compliance.

  Provide crisis intervention support and utilize your knowledge of trauma, substance abuse, domestic violence, and child maltreatment to assist clients in navigating challenging situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Echoes of Serenity Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Our client demographic includes those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

  Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in California.

  Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in providing counseling services, particularly in a therapeutic or clinical setting.
