This position is offered in an outpatient office setting, with the flexibility of working entirely remotely. Our therapists engage with patients via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility while maintaining a high standard of care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, identifying key strengths and areas for improvement.

• Diagnose mental health conditions utilizing DSM-5 criteria and craft tailored intervention strategies.

• Provide individual and group therapy to both adults and adolescents, focusing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Utilize electronic medical record systems to maintain organized, accurate, and confidential documentation of clinical sessions and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to optimize patient care and outcomes, and to ensure a holistic treatment approach.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance therapeutic practices.

• Participate in outreach efforts and community engagement initiatives to promote mental health awareness and services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, which is competitive within the mental health industry.
