Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment programs tailored to the unique needs of each client facing acute or chronic mental health issues.

• Conduct insightful assessments and prepare thorough intake summaries, treatment plans, and ongoing progress reports in adherence to state and NCQA regulations.
\n
• Engage in regular clinical staff conferences to collaboratively discuss and evaluate treatment efficacy and adjust plans as necessary.
\n
• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with applicable legal and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Collaborate with medical professionals to evaluate the need for psychotropic medications, expanding the treatment options offered to clients.
\n
• Mentor and supervise Post-Master's Fellows or Associate clinicians, when qualified, helping them develop their clinical skills and professional competencies.
\n
• Provide support to family members of clients, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to support treatment adherence and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current and active licenses as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience working in community health settings or those who possess training in trauma-informed care and family therapy modalities will be highly regarded. Experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff will also be beneficial.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 is commensurate with caseload and proven experience.
