Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, addressing various mental health issues.

• Develop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Provide crisis intervention support when necessary, offering immediate assistance to clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and compliant client records in alignment with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including case managers and support staff, to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
