Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify safety concerns and establish individualized intervention strategies for patients at risk of self-harm or harm to others.

• Perform thorough evaluations and document clinical assessments, treatment progress, and discharge planning in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate discharge plans, ensuring all patient needs are met prior to release.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups for individuals and families, employing evidence-based practices to foster understanding and healing.

• Develop detailed, personalized treatment plans and engage in ongoing treatment planning meetings to evaluate and adjust patient care as necessary.
