Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather detailed client histories and diagnose mental health conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, focusing on therapeutic goals and measurable outcomes.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to individual and group sessions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the refining of program strategies aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Breaking Cycles, you will work primarily with clients facing a variety of emotional challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our patient population encompasses diverse backgrounds, and we place a significant emphasis on creating an inclusive environment that respects and values individual differences and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active professional license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing therapy to individuals confronting emotional difficulties.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Experience with electronic health record systems is preferred, enabling efficient management of documentation and treatment tracking.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
