Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for remote work, promoting flexibility while ensuring you remain connected and engaged with your team and clients. Generally, our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some required flexibility to meet patient needs. As part of a community health clinic, you will have access to a network of providers and resources that facilitate integrated care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that are culturally competent and effective.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
