Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, establishing clinical diagnoses and individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to address diverse mental health issues.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health conditions, utilizing your training to de-escalate situations and facilitate access to necessary support services.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and local regulations to maintain client confidentiality and care quality.

• Engage in collaborative care meetings with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, contributing insights to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience. In addition to attractive compensation, you will also receive a sign-on bonus.
