Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions to assist individuals and families dealing with emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans and initial discharge plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions as appropriate, ensuring that each session aligns with the structured treatment plan.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy services, ensuring compliance with professional standards and facility requirements.

• Effectively manage an assigned caseload, continuously revising treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Engage in regular treatment team meetings, collaborating with other clinicians to optimize client care and service delivery.

• Address client concerns and complaints promptly, maintaining a positive and empathetic approach to patient care.

• Recognize and prioritize patient safety and well-being in all therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
