Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the needs of each client and develop effective, targeted treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, while utilizing our management software for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current, valid state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with clients and colleagues alike.

• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor complemented by a non-judgmental approach, enhancing client relationships.

• Strong organizational skills combined with effective time-management abilities to handle a dynamic caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth environment is highly desirable, as it lends familiarity with the nuances of providing virtual care.

• Experience in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or couples, will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
