Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, focusing on their unique needs and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of relevant licensure (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) with a strong preference for independently licensed candidates; however, supervision will be provided for junior-licensed professionals.

• Ability to commit between 12 to 40 hours per week based on your chosen employment model (contractor or W2).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport with clients and team members.

• Prior experience working with adolescent and young adult populations in clinical settings is highly valued.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methods, demonstrating adaptability to technology in delivering care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
