Key Responsibilities\n

The Virtual Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for a range of key duties, including:

• Conducting thorough diagnostic assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring they are regularly adjusted to meet evolving patient needs.

• Providing therapy and counseling services through various modalities including individual, family, and group therapy.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records regarding all client interactions, adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC issued by the State of California.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
