In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide vital telehealth services to adolescents and young adults grappling with mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing counselors to work from anywhere in the United States. This flexibility supports a better work-life balance, enabling you to manage your personal and professional commitments effectively. Our virtual program is designed to provide a consistent workflow, ensuring your schedule can remain structured with regular group sessions and individual appointments. You'll have access to a full-time Admissions and Assessment team, aiding in the administrative side of the job so you can concentrate on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring that care is delivered in a safe and supportive manner.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, focusing on their personal goals and challenges.
\n
• Facilitating group therapy sessions with a maximum of 8 clients, encouraging open dialogue and creating a healing atmosphere.
\n
• Participating in case discussions and peer reviews to foster professional development and improve treatment strategies.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work primarily with adolescents and young adults facing a range of mental health challenges. These clients are often navigating difficult transitions and need support to develop coping strategies, enhance their emotional well-being, and achieve personal growth. You will have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with your clients, working closely with them to facilitate healing and recovery in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
\n
• A current, active state license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Availability between 12 to 40 hours per week, based on your preference for either a contract (1099) or full-time (W2) position.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer an array of benefits, including:
