Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored individual and group therapy sessions to clients, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with agency and licensing standards, fostering accountability and thorough patient management.

• Collaborate actively within interdisciplinary treatment teams, providing consultation and ensuring cohesive treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology obtained from an accredited institution.

• Two years of post-licensure experience with a specialization in mood disorders is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
