Key Responsibilities\n

As a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments for adults to identify their unique mental health needs and concerns.

• Engaging in continuous professional development, which may include attending workshops, webinars, and training to remain current with advancements in mental health practices.

• Working collaboratively with a diverse team in various activities including social media outreach and community engagement efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will predominantly include adults grappling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Active registration with the relevant professional licensing body.

• Willingness to commit to the demands of a full-time remote work schedule.

Compensation and Benefits\n
