This full-time position will be entirely remote, enabling counselors to provide essential mental health support to adolescents and young adults from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and substance abuse histories.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic strategies to meet the unique needs of our clients.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure a holistic, integrated approach to client care.

• Educate and engage families in the recovery process, providing support to help them better assist their loved ones in their healing journeys.

• Document all client interactions and treatment updates accurately, adhering to regulatory compliance and confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults facing significant mental health challenges, many of whom may be experiencing crises in their lives. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each with unique experiences and needs. By fostering a compassionate, empathetic approach, you will guide them toward meaningful recovery and empower them to find their paths to mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Demonstrated experience providing telehealth therapy, particularly to adolescents and young adults.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs), for telehealth services.

• Excellent communication skills are essential for establishing rapport with clients and families.
\n
• An impressive level of professionalism in appearance and conduct is expected.

• Strong engagement skills to connect effectively with patients.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of experience in applying evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
