Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions via telehealth, addressing a wide range of emotional, mental, and behavioral concerns.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, utilizing established protocols to ensure their immediate safety and support.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapy portal, enhancing communication and care coordination among staff.

• Administer mental health screenings and comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of clients and tailor treatment plans effectively.

• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to assist clients dealing with behavioral challenges, helping them develop coping skills and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with diverse client demographics, including adolescents and their families, individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction, or trauma, and those facing behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic support to individuals with mental and behavioral health challenges, preferably including co-occurring disorder treatment and substance abuse treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, depending on experience.
