Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized evaluation tools as well as clinical interviews to gather comprehensive information.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that address individual client goals, preferences, and diagnoses. This may include trending therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings, adapting methods to the unique needs of each client and their support system.

• Monitor clients' progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans and goals based on observed outcomes and client feedback.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating a keen ability to assess risk and employ appropriate safety protocols.

• Maintain meticulous client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance across all interactions.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to facilitate comprehensive care and support for clients.
