Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments for clients to evaluate their mental health status and determine their suitability for various therapeutic interventions.

• Provide individual and group counseling that is sensitive to cultural backgrounds, addressing mental health issues such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety, PTSD, and substance abuse.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized care plans, collaborating with clients, case managers, and external providers to ensure comprehensive client support.
\n
• Maintain meticulous administrative and clinical records related to client care in adherence to RAMS policies and established clinical standards.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services promptly as situations arise, ensuring client safety and support during critical moments.
\n
• Engage in regular case conferences and clinical team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance service delivery.
\n
• Offer consultation to Health Services Administration (HSA) staff regarding client care strategies and best practices.
\n
• Participate in individual and group supervision sessions, fostering a culture of continual learning and professional growth.
\n
• Complete comprehensive psychological reports, incorporating vocational recommendations tailored to clients’ specific needs and comprehension levels.

• Other related duties as required, contributing to the overall success of client care and the clinic's mission.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges, including those with dual diagnoses. You will work with a diverse population, requiring an understanding of various cultural perspectives and approaches in mental health treatment. Your role will focus on creating supportive environments where clients feel comfortable discussing their issues and working collaboratively toward recovery goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid social work license (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated experience with a range of psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage clients effectively in a remote setting.

• A strong history with no medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
